TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rebate Period

1. This “ARLA CHEESE UP YOUR PASTA CASHBACK RM10 TNG E-WALLET CREDIT REBATE’’ CAMPAIGN (“Rebate”) organised by Arla Foods Sdn Bhd [1133839-X] (“Organiser”) will run from 15th June 2022 – 31st July 2022 11:59:59PM (“Rebate Period”). The cut off time is based on our system’s time. After this date, no further entries will be entertained.

Eligibility

2. This rebate promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as at the date of participation in this rebate) holding valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only (“Participants”).
3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the rebate:

Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members; and/or representatives, employees, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members.

Rebate Criteria

4. To be eligible for the Cashback Rebate, Participants must:

Step 1: Purchase any two (2) Arla Mozzarella Shredded Cheese shown below in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from participating hypermarkets, supermarkets or approved online or e-commerce platform within  Malaysia during the Rebate Period.

Step 2: Upload the full Proof of Purchase to the Online Rebate Form together with the following information:

5. A Proof of Purchase means either a printed receipt from a Point-of-Sale system or an e-receipt for online purchases from an approved online or e-commerce platform for this rebate. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

6. A Proof of Purchase must:
   a. a. bear a receipt number, and name and/or logo of the outlet where the Product(s) were purchased; and
   b. state the product purchase; and
   c. be dated within the rebate period; and
   d. in a single receipt

7.      Only the original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. For online purchases, the order details will  be accepted provided it shows that the order is paid, delivered and completed. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please retain original receipt for verification should you qualify for the rebate. The Organiser shall reserve the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts.

Rebate Reward

8. Eligible Reward is RM10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit subject to a total of ONE THOUSAND (1000) Participants for rebate based on ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis and while stocks last.

9. **Each Eligible Participant is entitled to TWO (2) rebate claim to a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet account throughout the Rebate

10. All eligible entries must be submitted within the due date of 31st July 2022 [23.59PM] (“End Date”) from the Promotion Period. All other entries received after 31st July 2022 [23.59PM] will be considered null and void.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any incomplete forms without prior notice to participants. The eligible rebates of Touch ‘n Go eWallet shall be made via “direct credit” into customer’s Touch ‘n Go account. The validation process will take up to 14 days or more from the date of the participation and Eligible Participant(s) are advised to provide valid and complete personal information especially contact number and e-mail address, in the event any further information needed regarding their Touch ‘n Go account.  

12. The Eligible Gift(s) are strictly not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

13. Photocopies of rebate form are not allowed and all the rebate must submit through the online

       portal only

14. All pictures and /or images of the Eligible Product(s) and the Eligible Gift found in any advertising and marketing material are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.

The Organiser’s Rights

15. By entering the Cashback Rebate Promotion, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The participants hereby authorize and consent to the use of the names and/ or photograph taken of and by the Participants by the Organiser as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade, and/ or publicity, without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and /or other forms of compensation.
16. The Organiser shall not be liable to any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered in relation to the participation in this promotion

Data Protection

17. By participating in the Cashback Rebate Promotion, the Participant consents for the Organiser, its Affiliates and/or Related Companies to process, use and disclose the Participant’s personal data (including but not limited to the information provided by the Participant in the entry form, the Participant’s photographs, images and videos) for purposes of the rebate, and future advertising and publicity in connection with the Promotion in any and all media without any additional compensation, notification or permission.
18. Participants have a right to access and correct their personal data and to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data.
19. The Organiser takes reasonable precautions to keep the Participant’s personal data secure, and require third party data processors to do the same.
